UK-NSI is the European manufacturing centre of Nippon Seiki, a Japanese company which specialises in the supply of high-technology instruments and displays to the automotive and motorcycle markets.

Established at Redditch, Worcestershire in 1988, UK-NSI is a medium sized company producing close to 1 million instruments per year and generating an annual revenue of just over €50 million. Products are supplied to leading vehicle manufacturers in the UK and mainland Europe, among them BMW, Honda, Land Rover, PSA and Triumph Motorcycles.

Our modern, purpose-built factory at Redditch lies at the heart of Britain’s motorway network, allowing good transport communication both with customers and suppliers and providing state-of art production facilities. UK-NSI is self-sufficient in all key manufacturing operations and support services. These are organised into 4 main areas: Manufacturing (Inc Quality & Engineering), Purchase & Logistics, Finance & Human Resources.

The manufacturing operations carried out at UK-NSI include: Instrument Assembly, Printed Circuit Board assembly & test, Injection Moulding and UV Screen Printing. This in-house capability enables UK-NSI to respond quickly and flexibly to customer demands and support Just-In-Time line side deliveries. That can often mean daily, multiple deliveries of components. It’s all part of the UK-NSI service.
